We are located in Morris County, NJ. We are happy to travel to any location; however, please note that there will be a travel fee for any travel greater than 30 miles from Morris County.
Upon inquiry, please include details of your event, location, time, and theme (if applicable). We will review and reach out with our pricing details, then schedule an initial phone consultation to discuss your vision and expectations in more detail. Then sit back, relax, and enjoy your event!
Full packages include, but are not limited to: event curation, vendor coordination (if needed), tablescapes including tablecloths, runners, candles, votives, small floral arrangements, table settings and utensils, place cards, napkins, cups, and themed decorations. We also offer custom backdrop installations, add-ons such as our mobile bar and telephone booth, invitation suites, paper details such as menus, signs, and shower game print outs, and custom favors. Missing anything? Schedule a consult and we can bring your vision to life!
All backdrops are rentals; however, any personalized items such as vinyl decals, favors, custom cake toppers, swag, custom signs, place cards, or similar items are yours for the keeping.
At this time, we do not offer tables and chairs (except picnic tables), however, we work closely with trusted rental companies in Morris County, NJ to provide any necessary furnishings for your event. We can offer our trusted partner's contact information or handle the coordination for you, whichever you prefer.
The Standard Picnic (and each specialty package) includes 2-hours of uninterrupted event time, low profile picnic tables, pillow seating for each guest, themed tablescape decor, placemats, chargers, plates, utensils, cups, napkins, standard center flower arrangement, additional table for food, cooler with water for each guest, ice bucket for wine (if needed), custom welcome sign, set-up and clean-up services.
Once you choose your picnic package and location, we work together to create the overall aesthetic for your event. This includes choosing your color scheme from our selection of plates/cups, placemats, and table decor. You will then select any add-ons you wish to enhance your event. Show up at your event at the scheduled time and enjoy! We will handle the rest.
Food is not included for any picnic or event package, unless the package includes a charcuterie option and/or dessert tray. You also have the option to add-on a charcuterie or dessert tray if your selected package does not already include such items. Drinks are also not included unless the Drink Station add-on is selected.
We will be happy to provide a list of recommended caterers in your area upon booking.
In the case of inclement weather, we can explore moving the picnic to an indoor location or rescheduling the picnic all together. The original deposit will be applied to the rescheduled booking. If neither of these options work for you, then you are entitled to a full refund. However, any perishable add-ons that require prior purchase (e.g., charcuteries, florals, desserts, etc. cannot be refunded) and will be provided to you.
For picnic services, we can accommodate between 2-20 people at this time.
We are happy to host your picnic anywhere in NJ and in most areas of NY & PA! We typically set-up at public parks, venues, beaches, or residential locations.
We adhere to the rules & regulations regarding alcohol at each location where we provide our services.
Absolutely! You can utilize any add-on service independently as you wish. Just send over an inquiry request and we can get the rental process started.
